For years I also wished for a forever home dealership, where i knew they would always take care of me and always treat me not only ass a valued customer but also family. Previously I had NEVER purchased from the same dealership not because I didn't want to but because every dealer always gave me reasons to shop around, well not anymore. Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. Nick M heard my request for what I wanted and pointed me to a few trucks and I made my choice from there. Even on the day of the sale he helped from out of state while making a delivery!

I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

Friendly staff and not a terrible wait time. Only complaint is I went in for an oil change and tire check and rotation because one of the tires seemed to have a slow leak. When I picked up my vehicle all tires were marked of as good on the paper. However, I checked the tire pressure before leaving the dealership and the same tire was reading 3 lbs less air than the other three tires. I decided to take it to Belle Tire the next day to have them look at the tire. Turns out that there was a nail in the tire that the dealership missed.

My Jeep 4xe was at the dealership for the better part of the first few months of 2026 (keep reading). First I had a little accident and needed a new fender, then my battery failed the recall (got a new one) and later needed some minor service assistance post recall. The multiple people I worked with from making the appointment, the vehicle loan program (they ALWAYS had one available for me per my request), nice guys like Joe, Ray and Trent were very transparent about everything. I just moved to this area and I'm so grateful I have a dealer close to home I feel that I can count on. This Service Department provides excellent customer service.

Devonte worked really hard for me and got me in a vehicle I actually wanted. Everyone on the whole team was great from beginning to end. Side note I walked in alone and never felt like I was being walked on or being taken for a ride. Went to the ford dealership and they had zero interest, zero drive and zero customer service.

Very pleasantly surprised with this dealership. The whole team was absolutely amazing and the vehicle is fantastic. I have been to this dealership a couple times and I’m always welcomed. Very nice staff and service is great. I have had service on my Jeep and was called the same day with an estimate and everything was explained to me. I have never been turned away, which happens often at the dealership near me. It’s a little farther to drive but worth it.

I have been buying vehicles from Monroe Dodge/Jeep/Ram for 16 years, from our first car as newlyweds to minivans as our family grew. You can tell that they are a family business as they have always treated us like family. Very honest and not pushy. When it’s time for a new vehicle we still shop around Monroe, Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Lenawee, and Washtenaw Counties for the best price and every time Monroe Dodge gets us the best price by a significant amount. On more than one occasion we were able to get the top-of-the-line vehicle model for the same price as some dealerships were trying to get us in to the base model. Great dealership! Update! I recently purchased a new Dodge Durango and the passenger side B pillar trim flew off on the expressway. I noticed several other Durango‘s with the exact same issue driving on the road, identifying it as a manufacture defect. Attempting to go through the warranty department for several months with no luck, Terry from the service department said he had enough with the warranty department because it was taking so long and they said they would cover the cost of the replacement ($400+) . True old school customer service, top notch. Thank you Terry, our family really appreciates it.

We had a huge issue with the original dealership we went to. The car was bought 6 months ago, first winter, heat went out. Kelsey there in monroe got us right in, got us a rental car (we work full time and 2 kids in sports) stayed in contact every step of the way updating us. We had our car back within days, 100% never going anywhere else again,especially feldman in Woodhaven. We appreciate them so much in monroe, everyone had smiles, asked multiple times if we were helped while waiting. I can't believe what a difference this place was compared to where we started off. Can't thank them enough! The funny thing is, they think they're just doing their job, but they helped us SO MUCH.

I want to start by saying I did not purchase my vehicle here but I wish I had! I purchased a vehicle from a small lot in Toledo...it broke down after 34days!! Total engine failure...what brought me to Monroe Dodge Superstore was they honored the aftermarket warranty I purchased with my vehicle! And thank goodness I chose them!! Though the process was not easy short or seamless they handled every issue with grace and kindness! They not only rebuilt my engine and got me back on the road they did it at a fraction of what I originally anticipated it costing and got the warranty to actually pay their fair share and handled it all on their end. I can't thank them enough, I didn't even make the purchase there and they took care of me far better than the lot I got it from. I can't say enough great things about this place I know for certain my next purchase will be with them!! Thanks especially to Jamie and Terry and the team who worked endlessly on my engine! They dropped it off at my house which was highly appreciated since we returned on a Sunday when they were closed. 2 wherl bearings and evap parts replaced. Car runs great now. The service dept did everything that they are supposed to do to fix outside temperature discrepancies. This is a problem that ram has chosen to ignore. If you check online comments many people have this and other problems that are being ignored by Chrysler.

Took my hellcat in because remote start wouldn't work and couldn’t use race cool down mode because of faulty wiring. Everything is fixed and was a lot quicker than the other dodge dealership downriver. Kelsie did a great job keeping me posted on my car.

Wow! What a great experience. We live in Oxford and have several Jeep dealerships around us. We visited a few looking at the Wagoneer S specifically and nothing else. Many of our local dealerships tried to sell us other vehicles despite our desire for the Wagoneer S. Then we stumbled upon Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore and started communicating with Denise Case in sales. They were an hour and a half from us but the prompt replies to our questions and the friendly phone conversations made us feel more welcomed than our local dealership experiences. We drove out one Saturday morning just to have a look at their Wagoneer S and from the moment we entered their dealership we experienced the utmost in respect and general friendliness, even from other sales associates that were not specifically working with us. The culture here at Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore is something that other stores should strive to achieve. Took my Grand Cherokee in for service on 09/02/2025. Got call same day what the technician had found and that it was under warranty. And that I would have my Jeep the next day. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from them. I always get treated great when my wife and I go to this dealership. From the Chad the salesman to Terry the service manager. I also find that the parts department is well stocked, and the prices are competitive. I would recommend them for all your jeep, ram, chrysler, dodge needs.

I have had such a good experience with this dealership! I bought a used wrangler from another dealership in Ohio. The day after purchase, all the dash lights came on, it wouldn't start. It was a nightmare. I got it over to Monroe, they fixed a few things and I took it home. The next day the same thing happened. After some research I sent some info over to my service advisor and gave the info to the mechanic. We were able to get the right part replaced incredibly fast. Service advisor Ray Kisonas was amazing and incredibly helpful and communicative. Thank you!

We are from Florida visiting family for a few weeks. Just 4 days from leaving, our 2019 Jeep Rubicon lost power steering with no warning. To make any turn it took myself and granddaughter to pull the steering wheel. We stopped only 1.6 miles from the Monroe Jeep dealership. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. I was able to drive it to the dealership. After explaining everything including our trip out to the Pacific Coast, they said they would try to get it looked at the next day. They called at 4:45 and said it looked to be the wiring harness so they replaced it and have it ready for pickup by 5:45. We were surprised by such quick fast service and very relieved our trip wouldn’t be delayed. Thank you!!

This dealership shows a lot of professionalism and does not make you feel pressured . They are very thorough and want to make sure the car is perfect when leaving their lot . Derrick was very professional very calm and easy to work with . He will keep his word , needed something done to the car he went above and beyond and did more than what was requested to make sure the car is in great shape . Their financing department will give you options but won’t pressure you , will simply explain and you can choose or opt out . This was my first purchase from this dealership and it won’t be my last . Over the years as an active and retired Chrysler Exec I depended upon the Suoerstore to keep my company car on the road. Since retirement I trusted Terry Kaufman to be the one person to keep my car on the road. I found over the past few months I not only had him in my corner managing the repairs on my Jeep Wagoneer2 but I now had Kelsie Hanley and Austin who I can trust with my car. They'll write up the order, personally follow it up, and best of all report to the customer the current status of the repair. Kelsie and Austin really do what they said they'd do. One of the most seamless and best car shopping experiences. I am from out of town and requested more pics and a video walkthrough. There were folks looking at the vehicle that same day so in case it sold, they only provided pics. Recently purchased a car remotely from out of state and was overall a smooth and professional process. Nick Gray was super helpful with getting pictures and video, helping take the car to a local mechanic to get inspected, making a deal and facilitating getting the paperwork mailed back and forth in a timely manner so I could get the car shipped as soon as possible. The sales crew were great. The service department not so much. I have had my jeep compass about a year. Have had it in for service for the same problem twice. A clunking noise. Both times they say they find nothing and as soon as I pick it up and drive off the lot I hear. I truly believe they don't even test drive it. If it doesn't show up on their computer they can't find it. Then they charge me for the test 170.00. I will definitely be taking my car to a different shop for repairs.

I took my Jeep Cherokee to my local Jeep dealer because I had an engine light on and it was my torque converter.... Come to find out I had a recall on the Cadillac converter and made appointment to return. After they replaced the part it took care of the code and my engine light and I didn't have to pay anything. That was a true blessing for me. My Jeep runs better.
